FDA REGISTRATION

Our FDA Registration service ensures that your company is correctly registered with FDA. On completion we issue you with the documentation and a Certificate of Registration.
Companies wishing to export food products to the United States, whether they are manufacturers or traders, must be registered with the FDA.
Registration is valid for 2 years.

US agent

In order to register with the FDA, you must first appoint a U.S. agent, U.S. agent, who resides and works on U.S. territory.
In addition to FDA registration, U.S. agent also has functions to assist the FDA with the exporting company in communications, answering questions about products, and planning inspections at the exporting company’s plant.

FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program) Requirements

The FDA’s FSVP Final Rule for Importers of Food for Humans and Animals is now fully in force for all relevant food imports.
This means that foreign suppliers of human and animal foods that export food to the USA need to produce foods “in a manner that meets applicable U.S. safety standards”. Our expert team can help ensure your product is approved for entry into the USA and deal with FDA detention and rejection issues. we can be your US Agent for FSVP purposes.

Do you have a PCQI in your company?

We believe it is critical to have PCQI’s (Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals) who understand both food safety (for the relevant food categories imported) AND who have multi-lingual capabilities to communicate with, and assess, the food safety systems of foreign suppliers. This is the most cost effective way to comply with US FDA requirements without the need for expensive translations and duplication of documents by the foreign supplier.
